A Two Person Team

Randy M. O'Connor

Randy is a strategic specialist with a talent for analyzing and improving process and procedure. He maintains a long-range perspective and thrives when given a problem to turn on end. He has been successful throughout his career working as a Regional Manager with Colony Tire, a consultant and Director of Operations with American Tire Distributors-Tire Pros, an Associate Director with DSP20 Group and most recently as a consultant, Director of Operations and VP of Integrations with Big Brand Tire and Service.

All of his roles add up to a breadth of experience that help define him as a solid operator capable of producing long-term solutions that drive positive results. Randy is thrilled to be back working with Independents, helping them improve their bottom line, and ultimately helping guide Independents to be best-in-class operators in the tire and auto service industry.


Bruce Hawley

Bruce Hawley, formerly Ok Tire Store Inc.’s National Manager of Consumer Products, is a 35-year-tire industry veteran holding positions with Bridgestone’s Canada operations including Regional Sales Manager for Ontario; National Manager of Bridgestone’s Tirestarz Dealer Program; and Director of its Retail Division in Canada.

Joining OK Tire Stores in 2002 as Director of Dealer Development, Hawley followed with responsibility for sales in Western Canada. In 2007, Hawley was given the responsibility of growing sales for OK Tire Stores’ 270-plus retail locations and over 2,000 wholesale customers.

As a facilitator for Dealer to Dealer Development Group, Hawley will coordinate meetings and share his expertise in a variety of disciplines for D2D members.
